What Riverside Homeowners Say About Meridian Windows and Doors Riverside
Reviews tell you what a sales pitch can’t. They show whether the written price held up, whether the crew showed up on time, and whether the 365-Day Done Right Promise means anything when a latch sticks six months later. We earn every review the same way: a clean install, a price on paper before work starts, and a real person on the phone when you call (831) 217-8612. Here’s what your neighbors in Riverside are saying.
Recent Reviews
“We replaced five original windows in our 1963 ranch near Victoria Avenue. The crew found dry rot under two sills and walked us through exactly what they’d do before touching anything. The written price we agreed to on Tuesday was the exact price on the invoice Friday.”
Nicole K. – Victoria / Arlington Heights
“Our old sliding patio door scraped so badly my kids couldn’t open it. Meridian installed a Therma-Tru door and now it glides with one finger. They hauled off the old frame, swept the patio, and were gone by 2:30. Cleanest contractor experience I’ve had in Riverside.”
Grace P. – Canyon Crest
“July in Riverside is brutal. Our west-facing bedroom got hammered by sun every afternoon. They recommended low-E glass, which honestly sounded like an upcharge until Elliot explained it’s a thin coating that reflects heat while letting light through. Our AC runs noticeably less now.”
Grace C. – La Sierra
“I’m a retired teacher and I read every line of a contract. When the Meridian estimator handed me the written quote, I asked about labor exclusions. He pulled out the 365-Day Done Right Promise and showed me where it says if the work fails within a year, they come back at no charge. In writing. That sold me.”
Norma M. – Wood Streets
“Had a PGT impact window installed before the Santa Ana winds kicked up last fall. The difference in street noise from Magnolia Avenue is night and day. The technician was in uniform, wore covers over his boots, and my floors were cleaner when he left than when he arrived.”
Nicole K. – Ramona / Magnolia Center
“We did the whole back of the house: two windows and a ViewLux patio door. I called on a Sunday afternoon expecting a voicemail and a real person answered. That alone told me this wasn’t a call center outfit. Two weeks later, the install was done in a single day.”
Grace C. – Orangecrest
Why Customers Trust Us
Read through those reviews and the same threads show up: a written price that doesn’t move, technicians you’re comfortable letting into your home, and a guarantee with actual teeth. That’s not by accident. Elliot Vance runs Meridian Windows and Doors Riverside on a simple operating principle: the price goes on paper before any work starts, and everything installed is covered by the 365-Day Done Right Promise. If a window binds or a door seal fails within that year, the crew returns at no charge. No fine print. No labor exclusions. We’re part of the Garrison Partners family, held to The Garrison Standard on every job since 2009. We spec from eight manufacturer lines, including PGT, CGI, CWS, ES Windows, ECO Window Systems, Mr-Glass, Therma-Tru, and ViewLux, so the right product goes in, not whatever happens to be in stock. When you’re ready to get your own review on this page, call (831) 217-8612 and schedule a free estimate. The price will be in writing before you decide anything.
